Digilink provides in-house digital tools for designers, marketers, video editors, developers, and growing teams. We focus on reliable access, fast delivery, and responsive support at a fair price.
All services offered on our website are Digilink digital services/products. Once an order is placed, access is activated instantly and ready for use.
Eligibility for Refunds
No Delivery:
If you do not receive access to the service after placing an order, you are eligible for a full refund. You must inform us within 24 hours of the order time.
Service Not as Described:
If the delivered service does not match the description provided on our website or FAQ, you may request a full refund. In this case, you must contact us within 48 hours of the order time.
However, if the service has been used in any way after delivery, we reserve the right to decline the refund.
Service Nature & Uptime
All access is issued as individual Digilink licenses, not shared or group-buy access. Each license is intended for single-user use unless otherwise stated.
While we strive to maintain high uptime and stable access at all times, temporary technical issues or maintenance-related interruptions may occasionally occur. If you experience any issues:
- Please contact our support team immediately.
- We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
- If the issue cannot be resolved in a reasonable time, we may offer a replacement service or an alternative tool to ensure your workflow continues smoothly.
Refund Timeline
If we are unable to resolve your issue within 48 hours of your order, a refund will be issued.
Please note that refunds may take 3-5 working days to reflect in your account or debit/credit card, depending on the payment method used.
All refunds will be processed back to the original payment source.
